Here are Windys outfits:) Love is a main theme in these outfits, considering the fact Windy is REALLY flirty. The first outfit is For school. The torn jeans give a rebelious touch, with the flowy Love shirt. White and acid washed genes incorporate good pale colors. Red gives contrast and pop.
The second one, again, love is incorperated. As well as alot of blue, like the sky. Mor flowy clothes. This would be just a going out look. The glasses show how concentrated on looks she is, making her look more upperclass.
The third is for summer time. Blues and whites show the sky style nicely.
For the last, is a dress, for a formal look. White and black give it a simple yet elegant look.
